These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the RAMEN PARADOX website and online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by World Bite Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. About the Service

RAMEN PARADOX is a food brand and online store operated by the Company.

The Service sells ramen and other products.

The Service is operated using the Shopify platform. However, any contract for the sale of products through the Service is concluded directly between you and the Company.

2. Product Representation

We strive to provide the most accurate information possible regarding product content, specifications, packaging, images, and descriptions.

However, depending on your device and display settings, the colors and images of the products may appear differently from the actual items.

Additionally, product specifications, packaging, and designs are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order for a product on the Service, it constitutes an offer to purchase the product from us.

After receiving your order and completing payment and other necessary processing, we will send you an order confirmation notice.

We may refuse, modify, or cancel your order in the following cases:

  • We are unable to secure inventory for the product

  • There is a significant error in the product price or description

  • Payment is not successfully completed

  • The order is fraudulent or suspected to be fraudulent

  • Any other case where we reasonably determine it necessary

Cancellations, returns, and refunds after ordering are subject to our separately stipulated "Return and Refund Policy."

4. Pricing and Payment

Product sales prices are based on the prices displayed on the Service.

Product prices, shipping fees, and campaigns are subject to change without prior notice. However, for confirmed orders, the price displayed at the time of order confirmation will apply.

Shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, import fees, and other costs associated with the purchase of products shall be subject to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase and the laws and regulations of the destination country or region.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Product delivery will be handled by us or a designated shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery dates are only approximations and may be delayed due to the destination country/region, shipping carrier, customs procedures, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply in the destination country or region. As a general rule, these fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Depending on the destination country or region, we may be unable to deliver products due to laws, import restrictions, or other circumstances.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience.

However, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product in the following cases:

  • An incorrect product was delivered

  • The product is damaged or soiled

  • There is a clear defect in the product

  • There are other deficiencies for which our company is responsible

After confirming the condition of the product, we will proceed with an exchange or a refund.

For more details, please refer to our separately stipulated "Return and Refund Policy."

For customers in the EU, the UK, and other specific regions, this policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable local consumer protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights regarding text, images, photos, logos, characters, product designs, videos, graphics, and other content posted on the Service belong to the Company or the legitimate rights holders.

You may not reproduce, reprint, modify, sell, distribute, or otherwise use these contents for any purpose without our prior permission.

The RAMEN PARADOX name, logo, characters, product names, designs, etc., also cannot be used without the permission of the Company or the legitimate rights holders.

8. Prohibited Actions

When using the Service, you must not engage in any of the following acts:

  • Acts that violate laws, regulations, or these Terms

  • Unauthorized access or other acts that interfere with the operation of the Service

  • Providing false or inaccurate information

  • Acts that infringe upon the rights or interests of other customers, the Company, or third parties

  • Acts that slander or defame the Company or third parties

  • Illegally acquiring, reproducing, reprinting, or using information from the Service

  • Transmitting computer viruses or other harmful programs

  • Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

We may modify, add to, suspend, or terminate the contents of the Service as necessary.

Additionally, we may temporarily suspend the Service due to system failures, maintenance, natural disasters, communication failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be accurate, complete, safe, or available without interruption.

We shall not be held liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for any damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

However, this does not apply to liabilities that the Company must bear under applicable laws and regulations.

In the event of a dispute arising regarding the use of the Service or these Terms, the Japanese court with jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance, subject to applicable laws.

However, if applicable consumer protection laws prescribe otherwise, those laws shall prevail.
